Prefabricated Industrial Buildings

“Prefabricated” refers to small pre-manufactured structures.

Prefabricated buildings are often the ideal solution for industrial facilities such as factories or warehouses.

Although reinforced concrete buildings still dominate in many cases, prefabricated structures have evolved in recent years and have become the preferred choice for many companies. This is due to their practical application, accuracy, and rapid construction capabilities.

Prefabricated buildings are constructed according to established international standards for sound and thermal insulation, fire resistance, and earthquake durability. Various materials can be used upon request, and unlike concrete buildings, they can be assembled without a foundation, cranes, or environmental impact.

Prefabricated buildings are generally produced as single-story structures ranging from 41 m² to 120 m². They can also be manufactured as multi-story buildings and sized appropriately for factories and warehouses.

Several features set prefabricated buildings apart from reinforced concrete structures. These include greater flexibility during earthquakes, lower thermal insulation costs compared to concrete buildings, and the ability to easily expand or modify the layout of the structure, even for residential purposes.
